I am an experienced and qualified executive coach, supporting a diverse range of leaders and professionals to develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and clarity in their work and careers.
With an extensive background in education, I have held a variety of leadership roles, including headteacher, with over 20 years in senior management. Alongside my leadership experience, I am passionate about helping others unlock their potential by understanding their strengths, identifying the factors that drive them, recognising barriers to success, and creating meaningful goals for the future.
My coaching approach provides a calm, confidential, and supportive space where clients can think deeply, explore challenges, and gain fresh perspectives. Through thoughtful questioning and reflective dialogue, I help individuals navigate both immediate concerns and longer-term aspirations, empowering them to make informed decisions and take purposeful action.
